Terms for using Cadence preview and product access.
These starter terms create a complete site page for review. They should be replaced or approved by counsel before Cadence is used in production agreements.
Access and Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and using Cadence only through authorized school, program, district, or preview access.
Appropriate Use
Cadence should be used for JROTC education workflows, curriculum delivery, grading, reporting, awards, portfolios, and related program operations. Users must not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Content and Records
Schools and authorized program staff remain responsible for the accuracy of roster, assignment, grade, award, fitness, and portfolio records entered or approved in Cadence.
Changes
Cadence may update these terms as the product and customer agreements mature. Material updates should be communicated through appropriate channels.
